Overview

International Mining Services is an American mining exploration and natural resources licensing company.  The company was formed to seek opportunities in North America that offer cost-effective mineral resources due to location and efficient extraction methods.  The mission of IMS is to provide long term, environmentally-responsible supply  of strategic metals to global clients from its stable and reliable production base in the United States.

In 2018, the company was introduced to an opportunity in the southwestern United States.  After completing research into the history of the land and its geology, IMS management confirmed a unique opportunity with substantial prior investigative engineering that consistently indicates a large amount of easily minable strategic metals in a logistically cost-effective location.

Current Status 

IMS is perfecting the claim area which consist of both US Federal (Bureau of Land Management) and State claims, and has obtained the exploration permits to allow tests drilling as designated by the company's mining engineer.  The total claim area encompasses up to 20,000 acres, depending on final results of the claims process and test drilling.

The property is in an excellent geographic location, bordering both road and rail infrastructure, allowing production and shipping of ore to be extremely cost effective to the ports of Long Beach CA and Los Angeles, CA for export anywhere in the world.

The availability of key infrastructure, rail load out, storage, rail spurs, rail traffic, at reasonable rates, with port storage and loading, and favorable market conditions, have been verified.  The ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles in California are two of the busiest in the world and can provide deep water moorage for the largest cargo ships, with highly automated, secure and efficient loading facilities.

The claims area has a long history and tradition of supporting responsible mining and can provide expedited approval permits when they are correctly presented.

The ore at this site is unusually pure, requiring none of the heat (and carbon emissions) of standard smelting operations.  Processing from raw desert rock and sand to high-grade ore can be completed quickly, with a high degree of efficiency.

Initial projections indicate that even in competitive market conditions, due to this property's location and lower preparation operating costs, it is possible to sell high-grade ore from this mine with above average profitable revenue.  The life of the mine is estimated at 20 years, given the amount of resources and continuous production.

This is an unusual opportunity for a low-cost mining operation, providing a cost-effective stable supply of high-grade ore for decades into the future.
